Refund policy
Due to the unique and collectible nature of our offerings, the following policy applies:
Carvings & Sculptural Works
All sales of gemstone carvings and sculptural works are final. These pieces are one-of-a-kind and often created in collaboration with master artists; therefore, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All Other Products
For fine jewelry, mineral specimens, interior design pieces and other available items, return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved return must be requested within 7 days of delivery and authorized in writing prior to shipment.
Items must be:

Returned with all original packaging and documentation
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
All custom-designed, commissioned, resized, or modified pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will work promptly to resolve the matter.
General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
While all sales are handled with care and consideration, our policies are in place to preserve the integrity and value of collectible mineral and gemstone works.
