2. Product Information & Natural Variation

We specialize in natural gemstones, mineral specimens, and sculptural works. Each piece is inherently unique.

Variations in color, inclusions, formation, and surface characteristics are natural and should be expected. These are not considered defects but part of the individuality of the material.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors and textures may vary due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Measurements and weights are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. One-of-a-Kind & Artist Works

Many items, including sculptural carvings and mineral formations, are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, these works may not be replicated.

Works created by artists, including Michael Peuster, are presented as individual artistic expressions and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollar and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Custom & Commissioned Pieces

All custom-designed, commissioned, resized, altered, or specially ordered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to material availability or artisan processes.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped fully insured when applicable.

Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

High-value shipments may require signature confirmation.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our posted Returns & Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Mineral 43 Gem Gallery and Michael Peuster and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mineral 43 Gem Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
